[FAQ] About SPX Express Pick Locker collection method

1. Where can I find my Parcel ID/Tracking No. and Collection PIN?

To locate your Parcel ID/Tracking No., please refer to your parcel collection SMS or Email notification. Do note that they may appear different (e.g. in various alphanumeric combinations) depending on the Logistics Service Provider that is delivering your parcel.

Your 8-digit Collection PIN will also be in your parcel collection SMS or Email notification. Please do not share this with anyone, including Pick.

 

2. I did not receive the Collection SMS nor email from Pick. What should I do next?

Please contact Shopee Customer Service - 6206 6610 for assistance.

 

Note: If the Pick Locker is temporarily unavailable, Shopee may redirect your parcel to be delivered to your default delivery address. Please look out for push notifications regularly or you may check the status of your parcel in the app.
If you did not receive this, your parcel should remain to be delivered to your chosen Pick Locker.

3. What to do when my collection Pin does not work?

After receiving the Collection PIN SMS/email from “L-Alliance” or “Pick!”, please check that you are at the correct Pick locker location; and you are collecting before the collection expiry date.

Please note that the Collection PIN from Pick is 8 digits, sent via SMS from “L-Alliance” or “Pick!” or via email from “Locker Alliance”. Please key in the 8-digit Collection PIN at the Pick locker and click the green button to proceed.

If your Collection PIN is less than 8 digits, it may be from other non-Pick collection points. Please contact Shopee Customer Service - 6206 6610 for assistance.

If your 8-digit Collection PIN is still invalid, please contact our live chat via the Shopee app (Mon-Sun, 8 AM - 10 PM) including Public Holidays.

 

4. I changed my phone number/email address, and could not receive the Collection PIN. Can the Collection PIN be sent to my new number?

Due to security reasons, Pick is unable to send the Collection PIN to any other mobile number except for the number provided by the merchant/ Logistic Service Provider (LSP) and tagged to the parcel. 

If you no longer have access to your mobile number and/or email address tagged to this parcel, please contact Shopee Customer Service - 6206 6610 for assistance.

 

5. What to do if I missed my collection period?

Expired parcels will be retrieved by the Logistic Service Provider (LSP) in charge of the parcel delivery. As Pick is unable to determine when the LSP might retrieve the expired parcel, please contact Shopee Customer Service - 6206 6610 for assistance.
