‘Allow to leave at doorstep’ is a feature that allows drivers to deliver your parcels by leaving them at your doorstep especially when there is no one available to receive your parcel. For SPX orders, you will receive a photo confirming the delivery via In-App Chat in Shopee App.

You may turn it on/off during checkout to enable/disable this delivery option.

*Do note that once you have turn on “Allow to leave at doorstep’ option, this setting will be applicable for the current and all of your future orders until this feature is turned off.

To turn this feature off, you may choose to either turn it off for current order only or for all your future orders.

⚠️Note

• Once you have turned on  ‘Allow to leave at doorstep”, this setting will apply to your current order and all of your future orders that are eligible for this setting until this feature is turned off.

• Orders where 'Allow to leave at doorstep' delivery option was chosen, and a valid Proof of Delivery exists, will be exempted from Shopee’s liability for any claims of loss.

• Some orders will require in-person delivery. If no recipients are available at the delivery location, driver will re-attempt delivery on the following day (excluding Sunday and Public Holiday) unless instruction to leave at doorstep is given via driver chat.
