‘Allow to leave at doorstep’ is a feature that you can enable to allow drivers to deliver your parcels by leaving them at your doorstep or somewhere safe (i.e riser, shoe rack), especially if there is no one available to receive your parcel. You will receive a photo confirming the delivery via WhatsApp (for J&T Express and SPX Express orders). You may turn it on during checkout to enable this delivery option. *Do note that once you have opted in, this setting will be applicable for the current and all of your future orders until this feature is turned off.

To turn this feature off, you may choose to either turn it off for current order only or for all your future orders.

⚠️Note

1. *Reminder : Once you have enabled this option, all of your future orders will also be delivered via  ‘Allow to leave at doorstep’   
2. Instances where 'Allow to leave at doorstep' delivery option was chosen, and a valid Proof of Delivery exists, will be exempt from Shopee’s liability coverage for any claims of loss.
3. In the event that none of the delivery options for ‘Allow to leave at doorstep’ are available, our courier will reattempt delivery on the following day (excluding Sunday and Public Holiday).
