[Delivery] Driver Delivery Protocol

By choosing doorstep delivery as your preferred shipping option, our driver will personally hand over the parcel to you. Our utmost priority is to ensure that your parcel reaches you in impeccable condition and will be placed in the right place. To provide you with peace of mind, our driver is committed to capturing and sharing delivery photos with both Shopee and the Seller

 

There are three types of evidence that are required either of the following:

 

  • Pictures of parcels handed over to the recipient (buyer/security guard/receptionist).

 

  • Pictures of parcels placed outside the house, showing the unit number and airway bill.

 

  • Pictures of the parcel on the doorstep with the door open. (Recommended)

 

In the event of your absence, your item will be redelivered to you within 1-2 business days.

*We want to clarify that we do not capture personal photos. These photos are purely for internal usage, intended to verify proof of delivery in cases where customers do not receive their parcels, ensuring a seamless and secure shopping experience.

 

You can view the Proof of Delivery (POD) for orders that are delivered by J&T Express and NinjaVan. Kindly follow the steps below to view the POD of your orders.

 

Shopee App

1. Login to your Shopee App.

2. Click Me, find your order from To Receive or View Purchase History and click the order.

3. On Shipping Information, click VIEW, then click View Proof of Delivery.

 

Shopee Web

1. Login to https://shopee.sg .

2. On the top right corner, click your account and My Purchase.

3. Click the order, scroll down, and find View Proof of Delivery beside Delivery Address.
