This reporting channel provides avenues to report any incidents of fraud or corrupt behavior occurring within Shopee or relating to Shopee’s employees, in good faith, without fear of retaliation, for appropriate investigation and action.
The channel is managed by the Internal Compliance Team; an independent team responsible for the investigation of internal fraud and corruption offences. A preliminary assessment will be performed upon receipt of your report. However, an investigation will only be conducted when there is credible and sufficient information to do so. Therefore, you are encouraged to identify yourself when making the report so that further information can be sought if necessary.
