Hi, how can we help?

Damage Protection

What is Damage Protection?

Damage Protection protects your brand new items (outside electronics/gadgets) from all accidental and liquid damages, resulting in total loss or substantial damage that renders covered item inoperable (repair amounting to more than 75% of original price). This covers up to 100% of the merchandise price for 6 months.

In the event this happens to your eligible item, you may submit a claim to our service partner for claims assessment before reimbursement.

Apply for Damage Protection when purchasing any eligible item, including most major brands (excluding brands without valid manufacturer’s warranty, cameras, and drones).

To do so, select Damage Protection at the checkout page > Place Order
