Please consult with the ShopeePay merchant directly upon their return and refund policies. 

Kindly note, If a voucher was applied to your in-store SPayLater transaction, we recommend referring to the voucher’s T&Cs as the transaction may not be eligible to be refunded. 

If your refund is eligible for a refund and has been processed, the refund transaction will appear in both your SPayLater Transaction History and ShopeePay Last Transactions.

Similar to receiving a refund on Shopee, refunds for in-store SPayLater purchases will be used to first offset your upcoming SPayLater bills. Any excess refund will be credited to your ShopeePay wallet within 7 working days.
