What is 5-Day Delivery Channel

The 5-Day Delivery Channel is a shipping option that is available for selected overseas sellers and guarantees that your order will arrive within 5 working days (excluding Saturday and public holidays) for orders paid before 2pm. For orders paid after 2pm, your order will arrive within 6 working days. 

⚠️ Note: Delivery will take place within 5 working days starting from the date the order is shipped.

You can find this channel through our search filter by selecting the shipping option > 5 day delivery.

Currently, this shipping option is applicable for selected overseas sellers from the following countries:

• China
• Korea
• Indonesia
• Malaysia

Below table for illustration purposes only. To find the Estimated Delivery Date for your order, please refer to Order Details Page or Shipping Information Page in the Shopee App.

D0 = Order placed date & time before 2pm                        
*D0 starts next working day if order placed after cut off time 2pm or/and order placed on an overseas holiday/Public holiday in SG         
                        
x = Non working day / weekends       
PH = Overseas holiday or/and Public Holiday in SG

In the event that eligible orders are delivered after the delivery date period, you will be entitled to a free Shopee voucher.
