Shopee is committed to offering a range of products at the Lowest Prices Guaranteed every 24th (8pm) to 27th of the month. If you find the same product at a lower price from our list of authorised competitors, we will credit 120% of the price difference after order is completed. Refunds will be made in the form of Shopee coins into your account.

2. What type of products are eligible for Lowest Prices Online Guaranteed? 

Only products with a Lowest Prices Online Guaranteed label from 25 February 2025 to 27 February 2025 are eligible for claims.

3. Does “free gift with purchase” offers in Shopee need to be matched?

Yes products with “free gift with purchase” on Shopee needs to match on competitors’ platform, if they fulfil the following conditions: 

1. Competitor's product listing must also include the same “free gift with purchase” offer.
   
   

4. Is “free gift with purchase” eligible for Lowest Price Online Guaranteed?

If you are referring to matching the value of complimentary gifts, kindly note that they are ineligible for claims as it does not adhere to our terms and conditions.

5. How do I submit a claim?

You can submit a claim from 24th (Month) 2025, 8pm to 27th (Month) 2025 by filling up the Lowest Prices Guaranteed form which can be found on the Lowest Prices Guaranteed Page or Me Page > Lowest Prices Guaranteed.

6. How to file for a Lowest Prices Online Guaranteed Claim?

Kindly note that only products with a Lowest Prices Guaranteed label from 24th (Month) 2025, 8pm to 27th (Month) 2025 are eligible for claims. Please find the steps below to file a Lowest Prices Guaranteed Claim.

Step 1: Submit a claim by filling up the Lowest Prices Online Guaranteed form which can be found on  Lowest Prices Guaranteed Page or Me Page > Lowest Prices Guaranteed. Please ensure to fill in all the necessary details: 

• Shopee Username

• Shopee Order ID

• Shopee Order Screenshot

• Competitor Platform

• Screenshot of lower priced deal on competitor

• Competitor Product Link

• Price Difference

Step 2: If your claim has been successfully submitted, you will receive an in-app acknowledgment notification within 1-2 working days. 

Step 3: After 1-2 weeks of submitting a claim, you will receive a in-app notification on the status of your claim 

• If your claim is approved, we will credit 120% the price difference in the form of Shopee coins into your account.  

• If your claim is rejected, please refer to our in-app notification providing the reason.

7. How will I be notified of my claim status?

Within 1-2 working days, a notification will be sent to reject your claim and acknowledge your claim. 

If you claim is rejected due to incorrect information, you may resubmitted the form, as long as it is within 7 days from purchase date. 

After 1-2 weeks of submitting a claim, you will receive an in-app notification on the confirmation status of your claim. If your claim is approved, we will credit 120% of the price difference in the form of Shopee coins into your account. If your claim is rejected, look out for our in-app notification detailing the reasons.

8. What’s the maximum amount I can claim? 

1) Users are entitled to submit a maximum of three (3) approved claims, with unique Order IDs across any items purchased from 24th (Month) 2025, 8pm  to 27th (Month) 2025

2) If your claim is approved, we will credit 120% the price difference in the form of Shopee coins into your account. There is a cap of $50 per approved claim in each Order ID and total cap of $150 for all 3 claims.

9. Who are Shopee’s approved competitors?

Currently, the approved competitors for Lowest Prices Guaranteed comparison are Lazada SG , Amazon SG and TikTok Shop SG

10. How are prices compared?

The promotion price* of the Lowest Prices Guaranteed product you purchased will be compared to the identical product listed on our approved competitors’ website. 

*Please note that the promotion price of the Lowest Prices Guaranteed Product price excludes all vouchers, cashback coins and shipping discounts.

11. Can I compare items within Shopee?

Lowest Prices Guaranteed only applies to comparisons with external competitors, not within the Shopee platform. Since we cannot regulate the pricing set by all sellers, Shopee can only ensure that our items are priced lower than those offered by our external competitors.

12. Can I compare an item sold locally versus a product from overseas even if they are the same item?

Price comparisons are limited to products from the same point of origin (local vs local, overseas vs overseas). This is because products of different points of origin may have varying product warranties and pricing mechanisms.

13. How does Shopee decide what products are included for Lowest Prices Online Guaranteed?

1) Shopee employs our internal system to curate a wide assortment of products with Lowest Prices Guaranteed. We compare prices in relation to our approved competitors.

2) Please note that the list of lowest prices guaranteed products may change on a daily basis during the campaign period as we seek to increase the deals available to our consumers.
