If you are looking for Return/Refund due to other reasons (e.g. faulty/damaged/missing deliveries, etc.), you may raise a Return/Refund request or contact our Customer Support team for further assistance.
1. Change of Mind Returns Criteria
Returns due to Change of Mind will only be accepted if the following criteria are satisfied.
The item(s) must:
- Be in its original packaging (special packaging only*)
- Be in complete condition and have no missing parts (with original free gifts, and accessories included)
- Have its original tags/labels attached and its serial numbers present (if applicable)
- Not be damaged or in unsellable condition because of customer actions, negligence, misuse, alterations or tampering
- Not be installed and taken apart
- Not be a specialty product, which includes:
- Not be classified as hazardous material or use flammable liquids/gases
- Not be classified as an intimate or innerwear (for health and hygiene reasons)
- Not be in the list of luxury product sellers operating on a pre-order basis
- Not be listed in the "non-returnable" products exclusion lists (Section 1.3) below
⚠️ Note
*Special packaging refers to packaging that is unique to the product or brand and is not generically replaceable, i.e. has the brand logo, name, or specialised printing on it.
In addition to the above guidelines, the eligibility of a Change of Mind return also considers the product’s "usage" condition. This assessment is categorised as follows:
Shopee is not obliged to accept Change of Mind returns outside the specified return window or for items that do not comply with the Change of Mind policy.
These conditions apply only to Change of Mind returns and do not apply to items that are returned because they are faulty or damaged upon receipt.
The list of conditions mentioned above is non-exhaustive. Shopee retains full discretion to determine whether a product is eligible for a Change of Mind return at any given moment.
⚠️ For purchases of Large Kitchen Appliances and Home & Living / Furniture
Returns are not accepted due to the buyer's Change of Mind, including but not limited to the following situations:
- Installation or assembly occurs before delivery to the buyer.
- The buyer performs self-installation.
- The seller installs the item at the buyer's premises.

All Macbooks and iMac products from Apple Flagship Store are not eligible for returns due to buyer’s Change of Mind

3. List of luxury product sellers that operate on a pre-order basis
Kindly note that product(s) purchased from the seller below are not allowed to be returned under Change of Mind or any circumstances unless the seller has agreed and approved for the product to be returned to them.
4. Seller with a distinctive Change of Mind Return Policy
Kindly note that product(s) purchased from the seller shop named “Lassie Manna Singapore” will be eligible for the Change of Mind return policy below.
Buyers are allowed to open and/or try the product(s) purchased from the shop and still submit a request to return the product(s) under Change of Mind reason within the first 6 days from the date the item was delivered.
If a buyer wishes to request a return after the aforementioned 6 days from the date the item was delivered, the product will need to be returned in a sealed and unused condition.
