What is Guaranteed On-Time Delivery?

Orders placed with Shopee Supported Logistics will be attempted to be delivered to buyers within the guaranteed delivery date period. The guaranteed delivery date period will be shown on the Order Details Page. 

In the event that eligible orders are delivered after the guaranteed delivery date period, buyers will be entitled to a free Shopee voucher.


Guaranteed On-Time Delivery is eligible for orders placed from 13 May 2024 onwards.

How do you check if you’re eligible to receive the voucher?

The voucher will automatically be shown on the “Order Display” page on the Shopee app or the “My Purchase” page on Shopee Web if no delivery is attempted by the estimated date.

How to claim complimentary voucher

If you wish to use your voucher later, you may do so by accessing the voucher in your Voucher Wallet. Please refer here to learn more about accessing your vouchers.

⚠️ Note:

  • Voucher must be claimed within 3 days of order completion 

  • Free voucher validity period: 7 days from voucher claim date


When will I not receive a voucher: 

Shopee will not be liable for any delays/issues with the first valid delivery attempt if they are due to the following reasons:

  • You clicked on ‘Order Received’ before the order meets the Estimated Delivery Date

  • You have cancelled or submitted a Return/Refund request for that order

  • Other buyer-related reasons including but not limited to:

    • Delivery address-related issues such as incorrect address, the recipient is not at the delivery location or change of delivery address or collection point 

    • The recipient is uncontactable for any reason such as incorrect contact information was provided or the recipient is not reachable 

    • The recipient has requested to reschedule the delivery 

  • Bad weather conditions or natural disasters

  • Shopee has cancelled order due to seller not shipping out/parcel not picked up yet and hence have not started the delivery process

Terms and conditions for free voucher:

  1. The voucher is only available for Shopee Supported Logistics orders

  2. The voucher will be displayed automatically for eligible users when no delivery is attempted by the estimated date.

  3. If eligible, you must claim the voucher within 3 days after the order completion date*. You will not be able to claim for the voucher after the stipulated time frame.

  4. Upon claiming the voucher, you have up to 7 days to use the voucher. Failure to do so will result in the expiry of the voucher and any request to reinstate the voucher will be rejected.

  5. You can only use a maximum of 8 late delivery vouchers within the same calendar month.

  6. The voucher is only available for the first valid delivery attempt that fails to meet the guaranteed delivery date

*Order completion date - The date when you click on ‘Order Received’ or when your Shopee Guarantee expires
