1. How do I receive my policy documents after I purchase my travel insurance?
Once you have successfully purchased the travel insurance, you will receive the e-policy document via email from MSIG.
2. What should I do if I have not received the e-policy document in my email after purchase?
Please email MSIG Customer Service at service@sg.msig-asia.com if you did not receive your e-policy document.
3. Who do I inform if I need to amend my personal particulars or travel details?
Please email MSIG at service@sg.msig-asia.com.
