[Paylah] How do I unlink my DBS PayLah! Express Checkout payment method?
To unlink your DBS PayLah! Express Checkout payment method, you may follow the steps below:
On your DBS PayLah! mobile app:
Click "More" at the bottom right of the screen.
Click "Manage Express Checkout"
Click "x" button to remove Shopee from Express Checkout.
⚠️Note:
After you have unlinked DBS PayLah! Express Checkout in the DBS PayLah! app, it is expected to still appear on your Payment Method page in the Shopee Aapp. However, attempting to make a payment using the unlinked DBS PayLah! will result in an error message stating 'DBS PayLah! account is not linked', leading to a failed payment.
