You can correct your address easily via the Shopee App.
Please follow the steps below to fix your invalid address:
Go to the Me tab via Shopee App
Select ⚙ icon
Select ‘My Address’
You will be shown the list of your addresses
Select your default address
Please ensure you have provided your 6 digit postal code, street name or Building name and unit number
Once you have ensured that you have provided the correct address, select ‘Submit’ to save your changes
Note:
Please ensure the address provided is a Singapore address.
Address must be complete with unit number, street name and the 6 digit postal code to ensure a smooth delivery process
