Follow these steps to turn on/off SMS notifications:

Step 1 - Select Settings in ShopeePay Homepage.

Step 2 - Tap on “SMS Notifications” under ShopeePay Settings.

Step 3 - Toggle SMS Notifications.

⚠️Note

• For security reasons, we require additional information to verify your account. As a safety measure, requests to turn off SMS notifications will only take effect after 12 hours.
• We recommend keeping notifications turned on, as they give you important updates about your account. If any suspicious activity is observed, you may report them immediately.

Alternatively, go to the Me tab via Shopee App > Select the ⚙ Setting icon > Select Notifications Settings manage Shopee App notifications.
