[Delivery] What is Parcel Santa?

Parcel Santa locker is a delivery system designed to facilitate secure deliveries within the condominium while minimizing potential loitering for security reasons.


SingPost driver will first attempt to deliver parcels to the Parcel Santa Locker.


If the parcel unable to delivery at Parcel Santa due to the below reasons:-

  1. Parcel is too big / unable to fit into the Parcel Santa Locker

  2. Parcel Santa Locker is full 

  3. Other reasons (e.g., due to resident opt-out) 

 

SingPost driver will proceed with the delivery as follows:-

  1. Parcels that fit in the letterbox size will be delivered directly into the letterbox.

  2. Parcels that are larger than the letterbox will be delivered to the doorstep.


In the event the parcel will be delivered via Parcel Santa, SingPost will send an OTP/PIN code via SMS to the buyer, who will have 48 hours to retrieve their parcel from the locker.


If the buyer does not retrieve the parcel within 48 hours, SingPost will attempt delivery to the letterbox or doorstep.


If this delivery attempt is unsuccessful, a return-to-sender (RTS) arrangement will be made after another attempt is made the following day.


If buyers would like to opt out from the Parcel Santa delivery, they will have to talk to their own building management.
