What is Product Liability Protection?

Product Liability Protection protects you against injury or illness caused from product use or consumption for up to 3 months. Reimbursing medical expenses for injuries attributable to allergic reaction from product use, up to 5 times the purchase price of product or $500, (whichever is lower). For other injuries or illnesses, reimbursement is up to 5 times the purchase price of product or $15,000, (whichever is lower).

In the event this happens to you, you may submit a claim to our protection partner for reimbursement.

Apply for Product Liability Protection when purchasing any eligible products.

To do so, select Product Liability Protection at the checkout page > Place Order.

Coverage of Product Liability Protection

The protection term is for three (3) months covering up to 5 times of the product price.

• Allergies & Irritations

Reimburse medical expenses for injury resulting from allergic reactions caused directly and solely by use, consumption or ownership of product 

(cover up to 5x purchase price, capped at $500)

• Other Injury or Illness

Reimburse medical expenses for injury or illness resulting directly and solely by use, consumption or ownership of product 

(cover up to 5x purchase price, capped at $15,000)

• Medical Expenses

Includes medical, surgical, hospital charges reasonably incurred for professional services prescribed by a doctor within 30 days from the date the insured person sustained injury or illness

Doctor refers to a legally registered medical practitioner qualified to practise western medicine and surgery in line with the laws of the country. The doctor must not be you, your family member, a business partner, your employee or employer, or a person related to you in any way.
