Integrated Trade-in is a service offered by Shopee, where you can get a quote on your old device and trade it in for a direct discount on your purchase of a new device
Step 1: There are 2 ways for you to initiate a trade-in
Option 1: From Product Listing
Select “Get a Quote” to start the trade-in process
Fill in the questionnaire to estimate the trade-in value of your old device
Select the new device and view the quotation summary on the discounted price
Read and accept the Terms & Conditions to proceed with checkout
Option 2: From Order Checkout Page
Add a new device to “My Cart” and proceed to checkout
Select “Trade-in” to start the trade-in process
Fill in the questionnaire to estimate the trade-in value of your old device
Read and accept the Terms & Conditions to proceed with checkout
Step 2: Our trade-in partner (Rebonics, a Carousell Group Company) will contact customers via WhatsApp (Official: Sell to CAROUSELL) to schedule a trade-in delivery date

Step 3: Please ensure that the following is completed before the scheduled delivery date:
Ensure your data is backed up, all personal data is erased, logged out of iCloud, Samsung Cloud, Google Account and other related cloud services
Remove all accessories (e.g., SIM cards, memory cards)
Disable any security services for your phone (iPhone: Stolen Device Protection, Android: Theft Protection Lock), especially if you intend to complete the transaction at a different location from your place of residence. Our agents are unable to wait for device backup / security delay processes to be disabled at the point of delivery
Step 4: On the scheduled delivery date, you are required to show IMEI and proof of identification (Singpass, NRIC, or Employment Pass) to the Rebonics agent for verification purpose
Step 5: Rebonics’ agent will perform checks on the condition of the old device
If the condition of the old device is worse than what was declared in the questionnaire, a top up via PayNow is required. If you do not wish to top up, the trade-in order will be cancelled.
If the condition of the old device matches what was declared in the questionnaire, no tops are required and the exchange between the old and new device will be carried out
