• Same Day Delivery: To get your parcels by today, orders must be placed before 12PM. Parcels will be delivered tomorrow for orders placed after 12PM. 

• Same Day Delivery is not applicable to orders placed on Public Holidays.

• Same Day Delivery is applicable to Fulfilled By Shopee orders shipped directly from our Shopee Warehouse.

• In the event that eligible orders are delivered after the guaranteed delivery date, you will be entitled to a free voucher. Learn more about Guaranteed On-Time Delivery.

• Same Day Delivery is available for most locations, except for selected offices, commercial premises and residential developments that do not permit delivery access after 8 pm.
