What is Same Day Doorstep Delivery Channel?
The Same Day Delivery channel is a shipping option that is available for selected items, placed before 2PM. Currently, the Same Day Delivery channel option is only available in Jurong East (Postal Code 60) and Clementi (Postal Code 12) areas.
You may identify items that are available to be delivered via Same Day Delivery at the:

Checkout page
Note:
Same Day Delivery is only available for orders placed before 2PM. For orders placed after 2PM, the parcel will be delivered the next day.
Same Day Delivery is not applicable to orders placed on Sundays and Public Holidays.
Same Day Delivery is applicable to orders shipped directly from our Shopee Warehouse except Supermarket.
In the event that eligible orders are delivered after the guaranteed delivery date, you will be entitled to a free voucher. Learn more about Guaranteed On-Time Delivery.
