What is Bulky Delivery Channel?
Bulky Delivery Service is designed to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of large or heavy items directly to your doorstep. This service caters to products such as furniture, large appliances, and other sizable goods that require special handling.
This shipping option is only available for selected sellers only. You may select Bulky Delivery as your preferred delivery option at check-out.
How It Works:
Product Selection: When browsing on Shopee, items eligible for Bulky Delivery will have the option indicated at checkout.
Checkout: Upon adding a bulky item to your cart, select the Bulky Delivery option.
Order Tracking: After purchase, track your order in real-time via the Shopee app
Delivery Scheduling: Our delivery team will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery time.
When can you expect to receive your Order?
Refer to the Estimated Delivery Date shown at checkout when placing your order. You can also select a preferred delivery date directly with the delivery provider as shown above. Do ensure that you are present on the selected date to ensure a smooth delivery.
