[SPX Express] How do I collect my parcel from SPX Locker?

If you have selected SPX locker as the shipping option for your parcel, you will receive Shopee App Push Notification//Whatsapp message/SMS/Email with your 6-digit PIN once it has been deposited in the locker.


To collect your parcel(s) from SPX Locker, go to the selected SPX Locker station. At the Locker screen, select Collection > Key in your 6-digit PIN > Select Collect Now > Take note of all the compartment(s) opened for your parcel(s) shown on screen in orange > Collect all the parcel(s) from all compartment(s) opened and close the compartment door(s).

⚠️Note

  1. Please close the locker compartment door properly after parcel collection.

  2. The collection window is 3 calendar days from the parcel deposited date - you may refer to the Shopee App Order Detail Page//Whatsapp message/SMS/Email for the date of the last day for collection.

  3. If collection is not made within the collection window, the parcel will be returned to seller.
