What is Shopee Majulah Club?
Shopee Majulah Club is a dedicated program for users aged 50 and above, offering a monthly complimentary treat, up to 5,000 Shopee Coins monthly, upsized brand vouchers, exclusive brand deals at $5, $50 and $100 price points and a free upgrade to Gold member. without having to meet existing eligibility criteria.

How do I verify my age?
User verification can only be done via SingPass.
Steps:
Open microsite link here.
Select “Retrieve Myinfo with SingPass”.
Tap QR code to log in with your SingPass app.
Tap “Approve” and verify your credentials.
Tap “I Agree” to share your birthdate.
Confirm your birthdate from SingPass.

What benefits do I get as a Shopee Majulah Club member?
As a member, you can enjoy:
- Monthly Complimentary Treat. Spend $50 on Shopee in a calendar month to receive your voucher for the complimentary treat at the start of the following calendar month. For full details, please refer to our Terms and Conditions.
Earn up to 5,000 Shopee Coins monthly.
Earn more coins through everyday activities such as daily check-ins and watching videos/livestreams. Actual coins earned may vary. For full details, please refer to our Terms and Conditions.

I have verified my age on SingPass, but I still did not receive the benefits?
If you don't have access after refreshing*, try logging out and logging in again. If the issue persists, contact Shopee Customer Service for further assistance.

How do I earn up to 5,000 coins?
You can earn Shopee Coins through different activities in the Shopee app. From 19 May 2026, as a Shopee Majulah Club participant, selected activities such as Daily Check-In and Live&Video (Watch & Earn) will offer more coins than before.
Why is the voucher already fully redeemed?
Vouchers are available in limited quantities and refreshed weekly every Tuesday at 00.00.
1 voucher may be claimed and used per user from Tuesday 00.00 to 23.59, subject to availability.
Vouchers are available in limited quantities, on a first-come, first-served basis.
