How do I verify my age?
User verification can only be done via SingPass.
Steps:
Open microsite link here.
Select “Verify with SingPass”.
Tap QR code to log in with your SingPass app.
Tap “Approve” and verify your credentials.
Tap “I Agree” to share your birthdate.
Confirm your birthdate from SingPass.

As a member, you can enjoy:
- 20% off no min. spend cashback vouchers (capped at 400 coins) available weekly on Tuesdays
- Upsized brand vouchers (e.g. 60% off, or $6 off)
- Exclusive brand deals at “$6 and under” or “$60 and under” price points
- Upgrade to Gold member status for existing Classic/Silver members without having to meet existing eligibility criteria set out here.
I have verified my age on SingPass, but I still did not receive the benefits?
If it has been more than 2 days*, try logging out and logging in again. If the issue persists, contact Shopee Customer Service for further assistance.

Why is the voucher already fully redeemed?
The 20% off no min. spend cashback vouchers are released every Tuesday on a first-come, first-served basis and may run out quickly. We recommend claiming and checking out on Tuesday to secure the deal early!

Why can't the Shopee Majulah Club brand voucher be used on all products?
The brand voucher may only apply to selected products, and not all items in the store.
I have already verified my age on SingPass, but why did I not get the upgrade to Gold Member?
You may not have been upgraded to Gold Member due to these reasons:
- You have only just verified your age. Please check back again after 12pm the next day for your eligibility to be verified.
- You are not eligible as you are not aged 50 and above.
