Shopee Live & Video Rewards is a new program where Shopee users can receive even more Shopee coins by performing specific activities on Shopee Live and Shopee Video. Current tasks include:

• Check-in Task
• Watch Task
• Streamer Coins (initiated by Streamers)

Note: These activities on Shopee Live & Video Rewards are an additional incentive and are independent of Seller Coins Giveaway (where users spin the wheel on a seller’s Livestream), where Coins are directly credited to users’ Coins Wallet.

You can browse the available activities by selecting the Watch Task Floating Icon on your Live or Video feed.

You will be directed to our Live & Video Rewards page where you can view all the available tasks for you to earn more Shopee Coins.

Do take note that the coins earned through Video & Live Rewards are not automatically credited into your Coins Wallet. They can only be withdrawn with a minimum amount as determined by Shopee.

If you see the ‘Watch & Earn’ icon without any countdown, it could mean that you have already completed the available tasks of the day or week. You can come back another time to continue earning more Shopee Coins.

If you face any issues while playing the games, try closing the Shopee App and open it again. For further assistance, you can contact our Live agent via chat feature on the Shopee App by going to the Me tab > Chat with Shopee.

1. Will the accumulated coins in Coins Savings expire?
No. However, once the coins are withdrawn to users' Coins Wallet, it will follow the platform policy of 3 months validity where the coins will expire if unused. 

2. How long does the user need to complete the coins target?
Task mechanics will vary. To find out the watch time required to earn maximum number of coins, please refer to the Watch & Earn page.

3. If user has already earned some coins and stops watching, will the coins go missing?
No, the coins will be remain in their Coin Saving page.

4. What is the amount of coins users can withdraw?
Users can withdraw coins with minimal withdrawal amounts up to 1000 times a day in the following amounts:
300 (for first withdrawal only)
3,000
5,000
50,000
