Subscription Plans
We offer flexible subscription plans of 1 month, 6 months, or 12 months.
A 1-month subscription is valid for the exact number of days in the calendar month you sign up (e.g., 31 days in August, 30 days in September).
For multi-month plans, your subscription runs across consecutive calendar months.
Subscribers on multi-month plans will have their benefits refreshed each subscription month. For example, if you signed up on 15 Oct, your benefits will refresh on 15 Nov.

How to subscribe
1. Tap the ShopeeVIP logo on the Shopee homepage or in your “Me” page
2. Review the Terms and Conditions and Click "Subscribe"
3. Complete your payment
4. Once payment is successful, your plan is activated!
5. Your subscription will automatically renew each subscription cycle unless you cancel it.
Renewal & Billing
Your subscription will automatically renew with the same plan duration at the end of each cycle (e.g., a 6-month plan renews to another 6-month cycle).
Renewal fees are charged to your selected debit or credit card payment method on the last day of your current cycle at 17:00 hrs.
(to be added 19 Dec onwards) If a payment fails, Shopee will attempt to process the payment every 2 days for up to 14 days after your subscription ends. You may also visit the ShopeeVIP landing page to manually renew or cancel your subscription.

Cancellation
You can cancel your ShopeeVIP plan at any time on the ShopeeVIP Landing Page. Once cancelled:
Your subscription will not renew
Multi-month subscribers will not receive reimbursement if cancelled mid-plan.
You’ll continue enjoying VIP benefits until the end of the current subscription cycle

1. Who is eligible for ShopeeVIP?
ShopeeVIP is currently available to a selected group of users. We understand this may be disappointing, but we are continuously reviewing the program and hope to expand access in the future.
2. How do I switch between one-month and multi-month plans?
Non-Subscribers: You can choose your preferred plan on the ShopeeVIP landing page (bottom right). All available plans, subscription fees, and monthly equivalent fee will be displayed.
Existing Subscribers:To switch plans, you must cancel your current subscription and then resubscribe to your desired plan. Your new plan will begin after the current subscription cycle ends.
3. What purchases are eligible for ShopeeVIP's 3% coins cashback?
Enjoy 3% coins cashback on all Shopee orders with $0 min. spend, excluding Digital Products, Buy Voucher Get Coins, ShopeePay top-ups and transfers, Insurance, Miscellaneous.
Shopee coins cashback is calculated based on the final basket value after voucher discounts and before shipping fees. Capped at 3000 coins per order and 6000 coins per month.
Your cashback benefit activates shortly after your subscription starts
Shopee Coins will be credited to your wallet shortly after each eligible order is marked "Completed”.
4. Why am I getting cashback in coins instead of cash?
ShopeeVIP’s cashback rewards are issued in Shopee Coins, as specified above. The Shopee Coins you earn can be used to offset up to 30% of the transaction value on future Shopee purchases, helping you save more each time you shop.
5. Do the coins I earn from cashback have an expiry date?
Yes. Shopee Coins expire at the end of the third month after they are earned. For example, Shopee Coins earned anytime in the month of January 2025 will expire on 31 March 2025.
6. What purchases are eligible for ShopeeVIP's Free Doorstep Delivery benefit?
Only items marked 'Fulfilled by Shopee', excluding Shopee Supermarket, are eligible for free doorstep delivery with no minimum spend. The eligibility tag will appear if at least one variation of the item qualifies. However, please note that some models may not be included in the program and therefore are not eligible for the voucher.
7. How is my ShopeeVIP savings computed?
Coins Cashback: Calculated based on the actual amount saved
25% off voucher: Calculated based on the discount received per voucher used
Free Shipping voucher: Calculated as SGD 1.99 per voucher used
Please note that savings from unpaid, cancelled, or refunded orders are included in the ShopeeVIP savings total.
8. Can I share or transfer my ShopeeVIP subscription to family or friends?
No. ShopeeVIP subscriptions or its benefits are non-transferable, cannot be shared, or cashed out once purchased.
9. Can I get a refund if I stop using ShopeeVIP?
No. ShopeeVIP subscriptions or its benefits are non-refundable and cannot be cashed out, or transferred to another user once confirmed.
10. Why am I seeing "Your subscription is pending payment"?
Your ShopeeVIP subscription failed to renew due to a payment issue. Please ensure there are sufficient funds in your card. Shopee will automatically attempt payment every 2 days for up to 14 days after your subscription ends. You can also visit the ShopeeVIP page to manually renew.
If you need to use a different card, cancel your current subscription and resubscribe with the new payment method.
ChatGPT Go Promotion

To claim ChatGPT Go 3 Months Free Promotion:
