The ShopeeVIP Program (“Program”), provided by Shopee Singapore Private Limited on Shopee’s website and mobile applications (“Platform”),  is available to eligible users with registered and valid Shopee accounts only. 

Shopee shall have sole and absolute discretion in determining whether a user is qualified to participate in the Program. For example, a user may be terminated from the Program if any fraudulent activities are detected.

By participating in the Program, a user accepts and agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions (“Program Terms”, in addition to Shopee’s Voucher Terms and Conditions (https://help.shopee.sg/portal/4/article/164990-Shopee-Voucher-Terms-and-Conditions), Terms and Conditions for Shopee Games and/or Giveaway Events (https://shopee.sg/m/prizes-tnc?previousPage=other%20articles) and all applicable terms and conditions and/or Shopee policies (“Shopee Policies”, https://help.shopee.sg/portal/4/article/77213-Shopee-Policies), which are incorporated by reference. 

A user can subscribe to the Program (“Subscription”) for a fee. 

Users may select from the following Subscription plans: 1 month, 6 months, or 1 Year. 

A Subscription is billed based on the duration of the Subscription plan that you choose (e.g. billing will be every 6 months for a 6 months plan) . 

For multi-month plans, the Subscription lasts for consecutive calendar months.

Each eligible user is limited to one (1) package purchase. 

The fee that a user pays for a Subscription is indicated on the Platform in SGD, inclusive of Goods and Services Tax.

Shopee Vouchers and Shopee Coins cannot be used to offset the Subscription fee.

A Subscription and its benefits are non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable for cash and cannot be shared.

A Subscription will automatically renew at 17:00 on the last day of each billing cycle, using a user’s selected credit or debit card payment method.

For users on Free Trial, a push notification will be sent to the user three (3) days prior to the expiration of their Free Trial Subscription.

For users on a Subscription, the user will only be notified after the plan is automatically renewed.

A user may cancel a Subscription at any time via the Shopee Platform.

Upon cancellation, the Subscription will remain active until the end of the Subscription cycle. No further charges will be incurred following a cancellation of a Subscription.

For failed renewals of a Subscription due to billing-related issues, Shopee will attempt to renew the Subscription every 2 days at 17:00 for up to 14 days after the end of a Subscription cycle.

The benefits of the VIP package are as follows(“Benefits”): 

*3% Shopee coins cashback, $0 min. spend required: Eligible on all Shopee orders, excluding Digital Products, "Buy Voucher Get Coins", ShopeePay top-ups and transfers, Insurance, Stage 1 and 2 milk formula, and Miscellaneous items. Shopee coins cashback is calculated based on the final basket value after voucher discounts and before shipping fees. Capped at 3000 coins per order and 6000 coins per month.

99x Free Next Day Delivery Vouchers, $0 min. spend required: Eligible only for items tagged “Fulfilled By Shopee”, excluding Shopee Supermarket. The “Fulfilled by Shopee” tag may be displayed if at least one product variation qualifies; however, certain variations or models may not be covered under the program and are therefore excluded from voucher eligibility. 

1x 25% off Shopee voucher per month, min. spend $15, cap at $4. 

Exclusive access to selected Campaign Deals: The exclusive access benefit is only available to users with an active Subscription at the time of the Campaign  Deals. Featured items may vary for each exclusive access campaign.

Priority Customer Service support

The Shopee Coins cashback benefit is stackable with existing Voucher and Credit Card promotions. 

Shopee VIP benefits will be activated and dispatched to the voucher wallet shortly after successful payment of the subscription plan and will remain active until the end of the current subscription cycle.

Unless otherwise informed by Shopee, Shopee Coins earned from cashback will be credited to the user’s Shopee coin balance once the order has been delivered and marked “Completed”.

Shopee Coins expire at the end of the third month following the month in which they were earned.  (e.g., coins earned anytime in January 2025 will expire in March 2025).

If your order is successfully returned, refunded or cancelled, Shopee Coins earned from ShopeeVIP for that order will be clawed back; and any Shopee VIP Vouchers used for that order will be reinstated if these vouchers are still valid within that cycle’s Subscription period. 

Selected users may be offered a free trial for 2 months, anytime from October 2025 to December 2025.

Upon signing up for the free trial, a user will have full access to all Benefits.

A user must provide their credit or debit card details at the time of signing up for the free trial.

A user may cancel the free trial at any time before it ends and may incur liability to pay an indemnity, compensation or fee. If the free trial is not cancelled, a user understands and agrees that the trial will convert to a paid Subscription and no refunds will be provided.

Each user is eligible for one free trial only

By participating in the Program, a user agrees to: (a) comply with all applicable laws and regulations; (b) comply with the Shopee Policies; and (c) not participate in the Program in any manner which may adversely affect other individuals or the goodwill or reputation of Shopee. 

The Program and the Platform are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis and subject to the availability and functionality of Shopee’s services. Shopee does not make any representation, warranty and/or undertaking on the performance and capability of the Platform; any software or hardware used to access and participate in the Program, including an individual’s access and use of the Platform; and the reliability or quality of the underlying telecommunications network accessed and used by an individual to participate in the Program. 

If for any reason any aspect of the Program is not capable of running as planned, due to reasons such as  communications network failure, bugs, tampering, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of Shopee, Shopee may cancel, terminate, modify and/or suspend the Program and nullify any results. 

Shopee reserves the right to make final decisions and resolve disputes regarding the Program. In this regard, Shopee may disqualify a user from participating in the Program or to take any other action pursuant to the Shopee Policies, if Shopee determines (at its absolute and sole discretion) that a user has engaged in any suspicious, fraudulent, illegal acts, abuse the Program or otherwise breached these Program Terms. For example, Shopee may suspend the auto-renewal mechanism for Subscriptions if suspicious activity is detected on the account. A user that is flagged due to such activity will no longer be eligible to subscribe to the Program. 

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, Shopee will not be liable for any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind whatsoever arising out of or in connection with this Program, including but not limited to any losses; direct, indirect, incidental punitive and consequential damages; fines; regulatory actions; claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to, loss or destruction of property, right of publicity or privacy, defamation, or portrayal in false light.

In the event of any conflict between these Program Terms and any marketing or promotional materials, these Program Terms shall prevail.

Shopee reserves the right to modify or update these Program Terms at any time without prior notice or liability to any party. A user agrees that a user is responsible for accessing and reviewing any amendments to the Program Terms. A user’s continued participation in the Program after any amendments made by Shopee shall be deemed as a user’s confirmation and acceptance of such amendments and all amendments shall be valid and applicable to such user. 

Any reference to a time of day is a reference to [Singapore] time unless otherwise stated.
