Terms & Conditions Governing Grand Prize Lucky Draw (“Lucky Draw”) at Smart Home Tech Show 2025 

1. Promotion period: The Lucky Draw runs for the duration of the Smart Home Tech Show 2025 (“Event”), being from 11am on 13 November 2025 (Thursday) to 9pm on 16 November 2025 (Sunday), or such other period(s) as may be determined by Monee (Credit) Singapore Pte Ltd (“Monee”) – the operator of SPayLater – at its absolute discretion. 

2. Eligibility:  A user who makes a SPayLater transaction of at least $400 at participating merchants at the Event (“Eligible Transaction”) will be entitled to one (1) chance in the Lucky Draw. SPayLater users will be automatically enrolled in the Lucky Draw. Participating merchants are as follows: [Ruhens, Nereos by Kyson, Hanman, AM glow, Futur Living, Yu home, Luxus, OSIM, Mobot, Mowe, Focuswater, Sleepnight, Smart Door, Roborock, Tableholic, Ecovacs, Tineco, Interdesk, Singgate, Sterra, An Digital Lock, My Digital Lock, Smartbed.

3. Prizes: For each day of the Event, one (1) Grand Prize winner will be randomly selected from all Eligible Transactions made on that day. The prizes are as follows:

All prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or any other prizes. Monee reserves the right to replace any prize with an alternative prize if circumstances beyond Monee's control makes it necessary to do so.

4. Draw: The draw will be conducted at Monee’s office by random draw on 18 November 2025, at 11.00am, by the Management of Monee, unless revised by Monee. Monee shall be under no obligation to notify any person about any change in date, timing or venue of the draw.

5. Notification: Winners will be notified via phone call or Whatsapp message by 30 November 2025, using the contact details linked to their SPayLater account, and will also be announced on ShopeePay’s Instagram page (via Instagram stories). Monee may request for your email address to provide you with a redemption letter, with further instructions on the redemption process set out in the redemption letter. If a winner does not respond to Monee within 2 days of being notified, or fails to comply with any instructions specified by Monee, the winner’s prize will be forfeited and Monee will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.

6. The decision of Monee regarding any aspect of the Lucky Draw (including but not limited to the selection of winners) is final and binding and no correspondence or dispute will be entered into about it.

7. By making an Eligible Transaction, a user is deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.

8. The eligibility of any user to participate in this Lucky Draw and/or receive any prize shall be determined at the absolute discretion of Monee. Monee reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

9. Monee reserves the right to vary these Terms and Conditions without notice, withdraw, or discontinue the Lucky Draw at any time without any notice or liability to any party. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any marketing or promotional materials relating to the Lucky Draw, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail

10. Monee shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the Lucky Draw, or any product and/or service relating to the Lucky Draw. Notwithstanding anything herein, Monee shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any defect or malfunction in any product/prize or the deficiency in any service provided, and/or any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered or incurred by or in connection with the Lucky Draw, and/or the use of any product and/or service relating to the Lucky Draw, by any person.

11. Monee shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to any person in connection with the Lucky Draw howsoever arising, including any error in computing chances, any breakdown or malfunction in any computer system or equipment, or any notice which is misdirected or lost in the post or in transmission, or any codes not being successfully redeemed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind or fulfilment failure of any kind by its partners

12. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and each participant in the Lucky Draw irrevocably submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. A person who is not a party to any agreement governed by these terms and conditions shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 to enforce any of these terms and conditions.

13. By participating in this Lucky Draw, the user hereby agrees and consents to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal data by Monee and its related corporations for the purposes of managing and administering this Lucky Draw, and such other related purposes, in accordance with the SPayLater Privacy Policy.

Terms & Conditions Governing Sure-win Lucky Draw at Smart Home Tech Show 2025

1. Promotion period: The Lucky Draw runs for the duration of the Smart Home Tech Show 2025 (“Event”), being from 11am on 13 November 2025 (Thursday) to 9pm on 16 November 2025 (Sunday), or such other period(s) as may be determined by Monee (Credit) Singapore Pte Ltd (“Monee”) – the operator of SPayLater – at its absolute discretion. 

2. Eligibility:  A user who has an activated SPayLater account will be entitled to one (1) chance in the Lucky Draw (i.e. one spin of the wheel). User must present their SPayLater screen to the SPayLater staff at the SPayLater booth at the Event. 

3. Prizes: Participants will be given one spin (“Spin”) of the wheel (“Wheel”) for a chance to win one of the following prizes (“Prizes”), while stocks last at the Event:

All prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or any other prizes. Monee reserves the right to replace any prize with an alternative prize in its sole discretion.

4. Each participant will only be entitled to one Spin. Additional Spin will be allowed if the participant’s Spin arrow lands on a Prize that has been fully redeemed.

5. Participants must spin the Wheel immediately to obtain the Prize, and will be provided with a physical voucher on the spot. The use of the vouchers is subject to the terms and conditions of the vouchers and must be redeemed by the date set out in the voucher, otherwise it will be deemed expired and forfeited.
