[Shopee Video] How to Report a Shopee Video?

- Choose the Reason for reporting the video
- Tap Submit to send your report.

Action Required:
Select reason “Copyright Violation”
Input your full name, email address, and contact number.
Provide the original source of the video and include the URL link of your original video, and enter your full name as the complaint signature by ticking the consent rights checkbox to confirm.
Once all mandatory fields are completed, submit the complaint.
Reason code : Spam & Fake Engagement
Scenario : The user video is asking viewers to follow their video in exchange for money, selling likes, or selling accounts with more followers .
Action Required : Select reason “Spam & Fake Engagement” and submit.

1. Choose the Most Accurate Reason
- Selecting the most appropriate reason helps the moderation team better understand the context and take the right action promptly.
2. Provide Clear and Specific Details
- Include all relevant details in your description, such as product mismatches, poor audio quality, or unsafe behavior.
3. Include Supporting Evidence for Copyright Issues
- When reporting copyright violations, please provide the original content link to facilitate verification.
4. Avoid Vague or General Remarks
- Descriptions such as “This is bad” do not provide enough context and may result in no action being taken.
5. Review Your Report Before Submitting
- Ensure you have selected the correct reason and provided sufficient information to prevent delays.
6. Use "Others" reason Only When Necessary
- If the issue does not fall under the listed categories, select "Others" and include a clear, detailed explanation.
