However, if you wish to request a cancellation, you may submit a request to Easybook. All requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

If your bus schedule is cancelled by the operator, Easybook will arrange either a reschedule or refund, depending on their assessment.
Can I get a refund if the bus is late?
Unfortunately, there is no refund for bus turn up late due to unpredictable traffic conditions. You are advised to get the latest bus departure time update from the pick-up point if there is any delay.
