[Digital Products - eSIM] My eSIM does not work

Do attempt the following troubleshoot steps:

 

1. Enable 4G/LTE

 

 

2. Enabled Data Roaming

                 

IOSANDROID

Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Options → Roaming - Toggle ON.

Settings → Cellular > Click on the corresponding SIM > Roaming - Toggle ON.

 
 

Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Data Roaming - Toggle ON.

Settings → SIM cards & mobile networks > Data Roaming - Toggle ON.

 
 

 

3. Correct Network Selection

 

IOSANDROID
Settings > Cellular > Network Selection - Toggle OFF automatic to view available networks.
Or Settings → Cellular > Click on the corresponding SIM > Network Selection - Toggle OFF automatic to view available networks.
 

Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Network Operators - Toggle OFF automatic to view available networks.

Settings → SIM cards & mobile networks > Network Operators - Toggle OFF automatic to view available networks.

 
 
 
4. Correct APN Configuration
 
IOS
Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Network - Edit all fields in the APN section to match the SIM's requirements.
Settings → Cellular > Click on the corresponding SIM > Cellular Data Network - Edit all fields in the APN section to match the SIM's requirements
 
 
ANDROID
Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Access Point Names - Click the three dots/gear icon to edit.
Settings → SIM cards & mobile networks > Access Point Names - Click the three dots/gear icon to edit.
 
 
5. Troubleshooting Installation Errors
  • Device Compatibility & Network: We cannot support eSIM installation if the device is carrier-locked, incompatible with eSIM technology, or has inconsistent hardware support.
  • Unsupported Locations: Please note that installation and connectivity may fail in areas with weak signal coverage, such as mountainous terrain or regions near international borders. These location-based issues are not supported.
