How to access Migoo
Migoo can be accessed from the Navigation tab at the bottom of the Shopee app homepage. If you do not have an existing Migoo account, a new account will be created automatically during the registration process.
To create or link a Migoo account on Shopee:
Tap the Migoo icon in the Navigation tab on the Shopee app homepage.
Register using your Gmail account.
Once your Gmail account is connected, you can start using Migoo.
Note: Migoo is currently being rolled out gradually to selected users to ensure a stable and smooth experience. If Migoo is not yet available on your Shopee app, please check again at a later time.

1. Is Migoo a built-in feature of the Shopee app?
Shopee has partnered with Migoo, a personal AI assistant that can help simplify your shopping experience on Shopee and can be used for your personal productivity.
2. Can Migoo connect directly to my Shopee account?
Migoo can connect to your Shopee account if you log in using your Gmail account registered with Shopee.
3. Is Migoo a paid app?
Each user receives a daily points allowance that refreshes every day. If you reach your daily limit, you can either purchase additional points via Migoo app/web to continue using Migoo immediately or wait until your daily allowance resets the next day.
4. Can I remove Migoo from my Shopee app?
Migoo is an integrated feature accessible from the Navigation tab on the Shopee app’s main page and cannot be removed from the app.
However, Migoo is an optional feature, and you may opt out of using it through the Shopee app.
5. What data does Migoo collect from me?
Migoo only collects information that users have authorized to do so to improve the accuracy of answers and understand user preferences.

6. How is my data protected when using Migoo?
Migoo is designed to ensure maximum privacy and security for your data. Your data is protected with encryption and strict access controls. Migoo only accesses data from connected services with user permission to provide more relevant responses tailored to user preferences.
7. Can I delete my data on Migoo?
You can view and delete saved information or preferences by going to the "Me" menu and selecting the "Memory" option.
If you no longer wish to use Migoo and want to permanently delete all your data, you can delete your account by going to the "Me" menu and selecting the "Delete Account" option.

8. Does Shopee also receive the data and chat history that I provide to Migoo?
In accordance with Migoo's Privacy Policy and with user consent, Migoo can only access information authorized by users to help answer questions about products on Shopee, understand shopping needs, and provide a better shopping experience for users.
However, Migoo chats are encrypted, and Shopee cannot read users' conversation history on Migoo.
