"Refer & Earn" is a program that lets selected, eligible Shopee users share a unique referral link with friends. Eligible friends can claim a voucher through the link, while referrers may earn Shopee Coins when the referral is successfully completed.
1. Eligibility
Who is eligible to participate in "Refer & Earn"?
Referrers (Inviters): Currently available to selected Shopee users who receive an invitation to share their referral link.
Referees (Invited Users): Anyone who receives a valid referral link from an eligible referrer and claims a voucher through it.
Note: All participants must hold a registered and valid Shopee account. Accounts may be disqualified if multiple, duplicate or illegitimate accounts are detected.
Where can I find "Refer & Earn"?
Selected Shopee users can access "Refer & Earn" on the Shopee app and navigate to Coin Circle via Shopee Prizes page.
2. How to participate
How do I join "Refer & Earn" as a Referrer?
Selected, eligible users can start sharing and earning by following these steps:
- Open the Shopee app and navigate to Coin Circle via Shopee Prizes page.
- Generate your unique referral link.
- Share the link with your friends.
- For a referral to be successful, your friend must claim the voucher through your link and complete a qualifying order within 7 days (subject to a 24-hour validation check before rewards are issued).
How do I join "Refer & Earn" as a Referee?
- Open a unique referral link shared by a Referrer.
- Claim the available voucher.
- Place an order within 7 days after claiming it.
- Allow the order to pass Shopee’s 24-hour validation checks.
3. Rewards
How many vouchers can I claim as a referee?
- You may claim up to 4 vouchers in each rolling 30-day cycle.
- Your 30-day cycle starts on the day you join the game.
- Each voucher claimed within the same 30-day cycle must be claimed from a different Referrer.
What rewards can I receive for my first voucher claim?
Your first-voucher reward depends on the user segment assigned to you by Shopee:

The Referrer will receive Coins only after the referral is successfully completed and passes validation.
What rewards can I receive for my second to fourth voucher claims?
For your second, third and fourth voucher claims in the same cycle:
- Referees will receive a 10% Coins Cashback voucher with a minimum spend of $15, capped at $2.
- Referrers will receive 10 Shopee Coins for each successful referral.
Where can I find my referral voucher?
You can find your voucher in your Voucher Wallet. Please Look out for the voucher labelled “Refer & Win”.
4. Completing a successful referral
When is a referral considered successful?
A referral is successful when all of the following are completed:
- The Referee claims a voucher through the Referrer’s unique referral link.
- The Referee places an order within 7 days after claiming the voucher.
- The order passes Shopee’s 24-hour validation checks.
Why did I not receive Shopee Voucher (Referee) or Shopee Coins (Referrer)?
You may not receive your reward if:
- The order was not placed within 7 days after the voucher was claimed.
- The order is still undergoing the 24-hour validation check.
- The order was cancelled during the 24-hour validation period.
- The order was cancelled, returned, refunded or otherwise invalidated.
- The Referee has reached the four-voucher limit for the cycle.
- The game round or overall campaign cycle has ended.
- The voucher was claimed from the same Referrer more than once in the same cycle.
- The referral link has expired.
- The Referrer or Referee did not meet the program requirements.
- Shopee detected suspicious, fraudulent, duplicate or abusive activity.
Please note that Shopee’s records and decision on eligibility, referral status, orders, validation results, vouchers and Shopee Coins are final.
When can I claim another voucher?
If you complete a successful referral, you may claim another voucher after completion.
If you do not complete a successful referral, you may claim another voucher only 7 days after claiming your previous voucher.
5. Referrer rules and Shopee Coins
Are there limits on how many referrals I can make?
A Referrer may participate in up to 4 referral rounds in each rolling 30-day cycle.
Each round can have up to 5 successful referrals. Once all 5 successful referrals are completed, the round ends and the referral link for that round expires.
When can I withdraw my Shopee Coins?
Shopee Coins are processed and credited only after the relevant referral has passed Shopee’s validation checks.
You may withdraw your Shopee Coins:
- after the first successful referral in your first referral round; and
- after all 5 successful referrals in a referral round have been completed.
All Coin withdrawals are subject to Shopee’s validation, verification and fraud checks.
How long does it take for my Shopee Coins to be credited to my coin wallet?
Shopee Coins will be credited to your coin wallet within 14 working days after you request a withdrawal.
6. Other questions
Can I transfer or exchange my voucher for cash?
No. Vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
Where can I find my referral or game order status?
You can view your referral and game order status in your Earning History.
Tap Check Details under the Total Reward section.
