If your Fresh item is spoiled, rotten, mouldy, or shows visible signs of decay, please select Rotten/Spoiled as the reason code when submitting your Return and Refund request.
Using the correct reason code helps us review your request under the appropriate Fresh item policy. Please select this reason whenever it applies instead of a general reason.
Submit your request within the item's Freshness Guaranteed Period and include clear photo or video evidence of:
The affected area
The full item or pack
The packaging and label, if available
The expiry or use-by date, if relevant
For internal spoilage, include a cut-open photo or video showing the affected area. If the item is unsafe to consume, stop consuming it and do not eat the remaining portion.
