Further, every product is handled with utmost care:

• First-in, first-out: We follow a strict first-in, first-out system, so nothing sits around longer than it should

• Strict quality checks by certified operators: Every inbound delivery is inspected for temperature, date, and quality - only products that pass our WSQ Food Safety standards enter the warehouse.

• Same-day picking: Fresh products are picked on the day of delivery, to ensure maximum freshness before it’s delivered to you

• Cold chain handling: Fresh products are kept cold from warehouse to doorstep, so your groceries arrive as fresh as they left

Keeping Your Order Fresh

We pack every order according to what's inside, so it arrives in the best condition:

• Ambient items are packed in a sturdy bag at room temperature, exactly as they should be

• Chilled items are delivered in separate bags in totes that are kept cool with ice packs inside

• Frozen items are sealed in a separate silver insulated bag with dry ice or ice packs, maintaining frozen temperature from our warehouse to your doorstep

• Mixed orders - if your basket includes both ambient and chilled or frozen items, we separate them into individual bags by temperature zone

Returns & Refunds

If your Fresh item doesn't meet your expectations, we're here to help:

• If it's unsatisfactory within its Freshness Guaranteed period (shown by the product's Freshness Indicator), you may be eligible for a refund - just be sure to raise your Return and Refund request before that period ends

• We'll process a refund rather than an exchange for any Fresh product found to be unsatisfactory, as long as you submit clear photo or video evidence of the issue
