[Order Protection] How do I check the remaining Shopee Guarantee period for my order?

The exact number of days within the Shopee Guarantee period depends on the shop type where you make your orders from.


 

  1. Order is not shipped or delivered

If your order has not been shipped or delivered, you can check your Shopee Guarantee period in the Order Status section of your Order Details Page. 


Go to the Me Page, select To Ship if the order hasn't been shipped yet, or To Receive if the order has been shipped but not yet delivered, then select the order to check and click the expected delivery date shown in the Order Status section.

⚠️Note

  1. The actual title in the Order Status section may vary depending on the order status. 
  2. For orders made under integrated channels (Shopee supported logistics), the Shopee Guarantee will not expire before the order is delivered.

 


  1. The order has been delivered

If your order has already been delivered, you can check your Shopee Guarantee period in both the Shopee Guarantee Panel and the Order Status section of your Order Details Page. 


Go to the Me Page, Select To Receive, then select the order to check and click the expected delivery date shown in the Order Status section or directly on the Shopee Guarantee panel.

The actual title in the Shopee Guarantee panel may vary depending on the type of delivery channel used.
