[SPayLater] How do I activate SPayLater?

1. To proceed with SPayLater activation, go to the Me tab > Select SPayLater > Select Activate Now > Choose your Verification method > Fill in Verification Code and Select Next.

 

      

2. Login to Singpass MyInfo to complete Identity Verification.

  • To Login to Singpass MyInfo, please refer to the steps below:

 

  1. Select Sign up with Singpass.
  2. View the popup and select OK.
  3. Tap QR Code or Password Login to log into Singpass App.
  4. Select Approve to enable Singpass login. 
  5. After successfully logging in, tap the return button displayed or manually reopen your Shopee App. 
  6. Select I Agree at the bottom to enable Shopee to retrieve personal data from your Singpass account.
  7. Verify all your information, scroll down, and input your email address and mobile number.
  8. Lastly, Agree to the Terms & Conditions and Select Confirm to submit your SPayLater application! 

 

3. Once you have successfully activated, please ensure at least one Auto Repayment Card is linked. To add a card, Select Link Card > Fill in your card details > Select Submit > Select OK. Both Debit and Credit Cards are accepted.

 

 

 

 

Future SPayLater bill repayments will automatically deduct from the topmost card of the Auto Repayment Sequence.

 

 

⚠️Note 

  • Existing users may receive a notification within the SPayLater Homepage to perform Identity Verification.

 

 

SPayLater is a Buy Now, Pay Later service that complies with the BNPL Code of Conduct, which is administered by the Singapore Fintech Association. For existing users to continue using SPayLater uninterrupted, please complete identity verification by March 2024.

 

To begin, click Here > input Verification Code > Login to Singpass MyInfo > Verify Personal Information > Select Confirm > Perform Facial Verification.

 

Completing verification enables us to maintain the security of SPayLater’s services for all users.

 

⚠️Note

  • Each user’s spending limits are determined by Shopee’s internal systems and policies that are reviewed periodically.
  • Your NRIC/FIN can only be linked to one account at a time.
  • If your NRIC/FIN has been used without authorization, please reach out to our customer service for further assistance. To do so, You can go to the Me tab > Chat with Shopee.
  • The SPayLater service is only available to users above 18 years of age.
