You can make repayment via these 2 options:

1. Auto repayment
2. Manual repayment

It is also possible to make an early repayment, see details below.

1. Auto repayment

On the due date (10th of the month), SPayLater will automatically deduct from your bank cards linked in Shopee to settle your outstanding bill.

Ensure that you have enough funds for deduction via your credit/debit card to avoid failure of auto-repayment. If there are insufficient funds, you will be charged a fee of $5 for late payment. 

You can choose which card to use for repayment deductions via the Auto Repayment Sequence page. Go to the Me tab > select My SPayLater > select Manage Auto Repayment > Click Edit to add a new card or reorder existing cards > click Save.

⚠️ Note

1. AMEX Credit Cards cannot be used as an Auto or Manual Repayment method.
2. Navigate to your Shopee Homepage > Account Settings > Linked Payment Methods to remove existing payment methods.

On the bill due date, you will receive a push notification or SMS regarding your auto repayment status. Alternatively, you may also check if the payment was successful within the Transaction tab of your SPayLater Homepage.

2. Manual repayment

You may pay manually by going to the Me tab > My SPayLater > select Pay Bill > Check the details of your current bill > Pay Now > Select Payment Method > Confirm Payment Method > Pay Now

Manual Repayment Methods available:

1. ShopeePay
2. Credit / Debit card ($1 handling fee will be charged) (AMEX CC not supported)
3. PayNow

After performing payment verification, you will receive a successful repayment confirmation.

⚠️ Note

1. Only manual repayments through credit/debit cards are charged $1 handling fees.
2. (If your credit/debit card repayment method was unsuccessful, kindly refer to the troubleshooting steps for credit/debit card.)
3. There is no repayment extension option available for SPayLater repayments that are due.
4. For issues with other payment methods, please do not hesitate to contact Shopee Customer Service.

Making an early repayment

You may also make an early repayment to settle any of your upcoming bills in advance.

To view your upcoming bills, go to the Me tab > select My SPayLater > select Amount to pay this month > view the Upcoming Bill tab. You may select the upcoming bills that you would like to repay. You can only select the next upcoming month(s)’ bill(s). For example, if you have not paid for April’s bill, you cannot skip that and make payment for May’s bill first.

1. There is no extra charge for performing early repayment and each early repayment must be paid in full.
2. Applicable Processing fees incurred from SPayLater orders are still subject to be paid.
3. Upon successful repayment, bills repaid early will still show under My SPayLater > My Bills > Unpaid tab, but with a Paid status. These bill entries will be shifted to the Paid tab when the corresponding month’s billing cycle has passed.
