SPayLater is Shopee’s buy-now-pay-later payment option that provides you with extra spending power on Shopee. You can make a purchase immediately and pay for it on a monthly basis.

You have the option to spread out your repayment from 1 to 12 months with no upfront payment.  

Depending on the seller and SPayLater tenor selected at checkout, SPayLater processing fees may be applicable for your order. You may refer to this link here for more detailed information about the SPayLater processing fees. 

In the event that you are unable to make your repayment, a late fee of $5 will be charged for each overdue SPayLater bill.

You can access your SPayLater by going to the Me tab > click on My SPayLater.

BNPL Code of Conduct

SPayLater is an accredited BNPL Provider that follows the BNPL Code of Conduct published by the Singapore Fintech Association. The BNPL Code of Conduct lays out industry standards to not only cultivate safe growth of BNPL providers in Singapore, but also focuses on enhancing consumer protection. Key highlights on consumer protection includes, but are not limited to:

1. Mitigating risks of consumer over-indebtedness 
2. Ensuring fair and ethical marketing practices
3. Accommodating hardship repayment plans for consumers
