You can redeem vouchers with Shopee Coins via the Coins Rewards Page. These include vouchers from:

1. Partner
2. Shopee
3. Charity Donations

To redeem a voucher from the Coins Rewards Page, select My Shopee Coins balance on the Shopee App homepage > scroll down to Redeem Your Coins section > select REDEEM for a voucher you want > Exchange coins for the voucher.

Once you have redeemed, the voucher will be saved to your My Vouchers page and you can use the voucher during checkout or redeem your e-vouchers offline or online. Redeemed Charity Donations voucher will not require further action as the donation will be donated to the beneficiary organization which you have selected. 

⚠️Note

1. Check the terms and conditions of each voucher before redeeming to ensure it suits your purchase needs.
2. Shopee Coins used to redeem vouchers are non-refundable, even if the voucher is unused or expired.
