If you do not make full repayment of the amount stated in your SPayLater bill by the 10th of every month, a Late Payment Charge of $5 will be incurred for each month the payment is overdue. 

Concurrently, overdue users will have their SPayLater services suspended, resulting in the inability to checkout with SPayLater. For cases of prolonged repayment behaviour, overdue users may also sustain additional Shopee and/or SPayLater account restrictions.
