You can redeem a Brand Membership reward if you meet these conditions:

1. You're a member of the Shopee Mall shop's Brand Membership programme.
2. You've accumulated sufficient points with the Mall shop.

To redeem, go to the Shop tab on a Shopee Mall shop page > View My Brand Membership > Redeem redeemable rewards.

⚠️Note

If the gift is not checked out immediately after redemption, you can find the item with the Member Gift tag under Cart; or can also go to the Shop Membership tab to directly checkout the item.

Terms

1. Rewards can only be redeemed within the Shopee App, and cannot be combined with any other membership programmes and benefits offered outside of Shopee.
2. Points earned are solely for redemption of the listed rewards and are non-exchangeable for cash.
