[Fulfilled by Shopee] Why is my order split/delivered to me in multiple parcels?

If you receive parcels delivered to you with identical order IDs but different tracking numbers, this means that your order has been split into multiple parcels (more than 2) by the Shopee team for delivery. Your orders can sometimes be split by sellers due to various reasons, such as oversized parcels that exceed the parcel weight limit or when products in one order are stored across multiple warehouses.

If your order is split by the seller, you will be notified via the Shopee App. Your order will still appear as a single order under My Purchases, while the shipping updates and details of the split parcels will be shown on the Order Details page. Each split parcel will be shipped separately.

⚠️Note

  1. If your order is split into multiple parcels (more than 2), each split parcel will have its own tracking number.
  2. Only available for Shopee integrated logistic channels such as:
  3. ShopeeExpress
  4. Ninjavan
  5. Singpost
  6. J&T

Here are possible reasons why your order was split into multiple parcels:

  1. Your order is too heavy/large to be delivered in one go.
  2. Some of the items might be out of stock at the moment. Splitting your order lets us deliver the available items to you first while we work to replenish the remaining items as quickly as possible.

Cancellation for split orders

Cancellations can only be done at the order level. If you submit a cancellation request, it will be to cancel the entire order. You will not be able to cancel individual split parcels. Cancellations will be immediate for orders which sellers have not yet arranged shipment.

Return/refund for split orders

Return/refund requests can only be made at the order level. Note that the request can only be made once, even if there are multiple parcels in the same order. We recommend that you wait for all split parcels to be delivered before making a return/refund request, if necessary.
