To check out a New User free gift, also known as a Shopee Welcome Gift, you can start by browsing the products available on the New User free gift page.

Click on See More on the NEW USER ZONE.

Once you have decided on a product, Click Add to cart > Select the cart icon > Select Check Out.

You can then proceed to make payment.

Troubleshooting

1. If you encounter any error message, check if you have fulfilled the Welcome Gift terms and conditions.
