Shopee Members Club is a loyalty program where Shopee - registered buyers may be able to enjoy benefits based on their achievement of specified qualifying criteria as described in Shopee Members Club Terms and Conditions.

Shopee users will automatically become a member of the program upon signing up for a Shopee account.

Shopee users must fulfill both qualifying criteria (as stated on Shopee and as may be revised by us from time to time) of Completed orders and Minimum amount spent (in SGD) as illustrated in the table below, during the 6 - month qualifying period to earn qualifying points for the respective membership tiers: 1 January to 30 June, 1 July to 31 December.

Both the amount spent and completed orders criteria must be met before you can proceed to the next tier. To find out about your current tier, you can go to the Me tab > Shopee Members Club > view your tier. You can also scroll further down on the page to view your progress. 

Benefits

Benefits of being a Shopee Members Club Member include cashback vouchers, discount vouchers, and more. To view the latest benefits available for each tier, you can select See All Tiers from your Shopee Members Club page.

⚠️Note

To claim your Birthday Treat voucher from Shopee Members Club, you have to register your birth date under My Profile at least 6 weeks in advance. Birthday Treat voucher is now available for Silver, Gold or Platinum users only.

Terms

1. Transactions from the following types of purchases, games, and shops do not count towards your Minimum amount spent and credits:
2. Digital products
3. Shopee Farm game
4. Shopee SG Official Store
5. SG Seller Solutions Official Store
6. SGpaidads Official Store
7. Shopee $1 Big Prize
8. Partial refund or Full Refund
9. Any other transactions as may be notified by Shopee from time to time
