[Shopee Returns] What is Shopee's 15 Days Return Policy?

Shopee offers a 15-day return period for all Shopee Mall products and Shopee Non-Mall products to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. The 15-day period will start from the date of parcel delivery.

 

⚠️ Note

  • Shopee Mall sellers can be identified from this  or on the product page or on the seller’s profile
  • Please ensure you are satisfied with the products received before selecting Order Received.

Your Shopee Mall returns will only be accepted if the following conditions are met:

In new condition

In sealed condition

Complete (with original free gifts, accessories)

With original tags and labels attached

Wrong product / missing items / expired product / counterfeit product**

 

Damaged/faulty product

 

 

Change of mind***

 

 

*Other return reasons not listed include ‘did not receive the parcel’ and ‘received an empty/suspicious parcel’. No returns are required for these reasons if there is no parcel or item received.

**If your initial parcel has missing parts/items, your return does not need to be complete.

***For fashion apparel that does not fit, your return does not need to be sealed. However, the original tags and labels must still be attached.

*** Shopee will determine the validity of the returned item’s sealed condition.

 

 

⚠️Note

The returns due to Change of Mind will only be accepted if the following criteria are met:

  • The product must be from selected product from the Shopee Mall seller, identified by the Shopee Mall label on the product’s thumbnail OR it must be a Fashion product category from a Non-Mall seller.
  • All returned product(s) must be new, in original packaging, in sealed condition, complete (free gifts included), and have all tags and labels attached.
  • Product(s) are not in the Change of Mind exclusion list here (Mall article here / Non-Mall article herewhereby Change of Mind is strictly not allowed. 

Do note that Shopee holds the final decision on the outcome after your return based on our Shopee guidelines.

For further assistance, you may reach out to our Customer Service agents.⚠️For purchases from Apple Flagship StoreIf you receive a faulty item (e.g., product defects, device unable to start up, etc.), we highly recommend that you bring the product to any Apple Authorized Service Provider or Genius Bar to request technical support. If it is tested faulty, please request a diagnostic report from the service provider and include it in your return and refund request with us. A valid diagnostic report will help facilitate a faster refund process.
