There are 2 scenarios where you can upload photos/videos from your mobile device to Shopee App:

1. Search for products by uploading or taking a photo

To do so, select the camera icon via the search bar on Shopee App homepage > Take a photo or select an image from your device’s gallery.

2. Send a photo/video via Shopee Chat

To do so, select an existing chat > Select the add (✚) icon > Select Gallery to choose from your gallery or Camera to take a photo/video > Select Send.

⚠️Note

1. You can send a maximum of 9 files (photos and videos) in one message.
2. Video length must be more than 1 second and less than 3 minutes.
3. Maximum video size is 30 MB.

You may also be asked to upload photo/video evidence during a return/refund dispute.
