If you’re having issues receiving push notifications from the Shopee App, it could be due to the access or permission settings for the Shopee App on your mobile device. To receive push notifications from the Shopee App, you must allow the application to have access to your Calendar.
For Android users
Go to your device’s App settings > Select Notifications > Select App notifications > Select Shopee App > Enable toggle to Allow notifications.
For iOS users
Go to your device’s App settings > Select Shopee App > Select Notifications > Enable toggle to Allow Notifications.
