You can add, edit or delete the addresses linked to your Shopee account via Shopee App or Shopee Website.

Via Shopee App

To add a new address, go to the Me tab > Select ⚙ Setting icon > Select My Addresses > Select Add a new address > Fill in the details > Select SUBMIT.

To edit an existing address, simply select the address > Edit details > Select SUBMIT.

To delete an existing address, select the address > Select Delete Address > Select Yes.

Via Shopee Website

Select your username > Select My Account via the dropdown list > Select Addresses > Select + Add New Address, Edit, or Delete, depending on your needs.

⚠️ Note

• It is recommended that you input a local address and ensure the address is correct and accurate for delivery or pickup.
• Please refrain from adding Collection Point or Locker addresses as doorstep delivery address.
• This will prevent your orders from being delayed, returned to the seller, and delivery failure.
• You can add up to 10 different addresses.
