Please note that Shopee sends a One-Time Password (OTP) verification code for every login attempt. Therefore, It's important to ensure that your phone number is up to date to receive the OTP. You can update your phone number or email address by following the instructions provided on our website.

  • For security reasons, please do not share your OTP with anyone under any circumstances.

  • For security reasons, we require additional information to verify your account. As a safety measure, there will be a 12-hour cooling period after you log in to your account on a new device.

  • During this time, you will not be able to:
