[Scam Advisory] Would Shopee ask for my credit/debit card’s CVV for verification purposes?
Shopee will never ask for the following information for verification purposes:
- Credit/debit card number
- Credit/debit card expiry date
- Credit/debit card CVV number
If you receive any calls or text messages from someone claiming to be a Shopee customer service agent asking for such details, please hang up immediately and do not disclose your personal data.
