Bank-specific vouchers are vouchers that are only applicable when you use the credit/debit card issued by a specific bank.

You can find bank-specific vouchers by selecting the See More Icon from the Shopee App homepage > Select Banks Promotions icon > Claim

Once you've claimed the voucher, it will be available on the My Vouchers page for later use. To use your bank-specific voucher, select it when you're checking out your items.

Alternatively, you can select Use to browse all products that are applicable for the bank-specific voucher.

⚠️Note

If the voucher has been fully redeemed, you will not be able to select the voucher during checkout, nor browse applicable items.
